PvD™ - PersonalValueDrivers is a technique that allows the implementer to identify core actions that lead to the greatest amount of value created for individuals. It can be applied only to work setting or to each segment of life of any individual. With a trainer you dissect your activities and see how they correlate to your short, medium and long term goals.
With this tool you will be able not only to better grasp your activities and understand how they influence the development of your life, but also it will allow you to see and predict with a dose of uncertainty what can you expect if you do not alter your life composition.
C3™, T3™, MY™ - Communication
C3™, T3™, MY™ (More You) are Omega communication tools and concepts we implement at Omega Enterprises. The C3 stands for Compatibility, Connection and Conversation, the T3 stands for Truthful, Transparent, Trustworthy, while the More You teaches you of different cognitive and emotional biases you or other people have and how to handle them on a daily basis.
We also use some tools like the four personality types and we upgrade our communication tools when new empirical evidence gives us reason to do so.

SVR™ - Statistical view on Reality is a tool that will allow you as an individual unbiased (as possible), and close to objective analysis of situations with the ability to predict their outcomes in a systematic, plausible and coherent manner. SVR™ will allow you to do analysis on

2. Strategic predictions based on personal cycles of actions
Taking statistical view on reality will give you more certainty in making choices and better learning from your mistakes by self-identifying false premises used in each judgment.
R² test - analysis of personality types
Our test, which is still in Beta version, is a bit altered form of the standardized FIVE GREAT TRAITS Test based on standard statistical methodology. We added empathy and locus of control as two traits we find very important pre-determinants and integral part in our systematic predicting of human behavior, optimizing work-placements and giving advice on life-orientations.
As with regards to innovation we developed, a special analysis technique which we use to evaluate the test in terms of individuals' potential to innovate. The test has 100 questions with answers from 1 to 5 and it has full and one of the highest statistical validity in the field of comparative tests.
As we accept the limits of psychometric analysis we have additional simulations, interviews and tests with regards to the additional knowledge we need for a specific individual.
